The City of Youngstown Path to Homeownership initiative is a structured financial wellness series designed to support residents who are preparing to purchase a home. Powered by PNC Bank, this program builds readiness through budgeting, saving, credit education, identity theft protection, and homeownership preparation. The program is intentionally designed to meet participants where they are, emphasizing education, first engagement without the promotion or sale of financial products.
